PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets or/and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weatherproof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION
Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for Normal delivery from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY
By availing Cash on Delivery facility, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- Cash on Delivery facility is FREE for all orders.
- In case of Cash on Delivery, please mention the same properly while ordering the product.
- Only cash payments will be accepted before the package/ order is handed over under the COD format. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.
- Any dispute arising out is subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
